Theory of Constraints & How I operate 

The Theory of Constraints says that the slowest or weakest part of a process limits how well the whole process works.

When I work on a project, I try to identify the weakest part causing a bottleneck, whether it’s in product development, marketing, or sales. Once I identify it, I implement steps to fix it and then measure the results. I continuously iterate this process until seamless throughput is achieved.
